The SX series high-temperature experimental electric furnace adopts a box-type manual door structure and an integrated design of furnace body and control system, which is compact, beautiful and easy to operate.
The furnace chamber is made of lightweight fiber material with embedded heating wires, ensuring uniform temperature, rapid heating, and significant energy savings. The stainless steel inner furnace door is high-temperature and corrosion-resistant; the double-layer furnace shell structure keeps the outer surface temperature low.
S-type thermocouple temperature measurement and automatic temperature control by a temperature controller. It features PID regulation, allowing for editing, storage, and recall of multi-segment programs, making operation simple. The equipment includes over-temperature, short-circuit, open-circuit, grounding, and current-limiting protection functions. Forced air intake is possible, with the intake flow rate manually controlled via a flow meter and solenoid valve. The furnace top is designed with vents to facilitate the removal of organic matter during product sintering, extending the furnace’s service life.
