The RB-18 series trolley-lift high-efficiency sintering furnace is a type of furnace that simultaneously achieves degreasing, sintering, and waste gas treatment. It adopts a trolley-lifting structure and a double-layer furnace body design. The furnace lining uses high-temperature ceramic fiberboard produced by our company, with raw materials imported from Japan for alumina polycrystalline fiber. The multi-layer design reduces heat loss and improves heating efficiency. Specialized backing insulation material ensures a low surface temperature for the furnace body.

Using silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, the structure is rationally arranged, resulting in a uniform temperature field. Temperature is controlled by instruments and recorded by a paperless recorder, meeting the sintering requirements of various process curves. The control system and main circuit are integrated into a single electrical control cabinet, with all control instruments mounted on the cabinet for intuitive observation and convenient adjustment.

The corundum-mullite supports on the trolley are pre-embedded, with a reasonable structure to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the sintered products and prevent them from sinking. It also enables integrated degreasing and sintering and can be equipped with an air preheating device, truly achieving multi-functional integration.
