ALMETEC is not only renowned in the industry for its production of thermal insulation materials, but it is also celebrated for its rigorous material inspection system. Take the material testing of stainless steel products as an example: to pass inspection and warehousing, they must not only pass common chemical identification and spectral analysis, but also the most stringent calcination test. The calcination temperature varies depending on the material, and the final judgment on the quality is based on the appearance of the calcined product. This meticulous approach is precisely why clients entrust ALMETEC with the internal insulation materials for numerous large-scale CGL galvanized projects.
Example:
The inspection of SUS310S stainless steel plate shows the plate after calcination in the left image and the plate under a 40X microscope in the right image. There is no flaking or slag, so it is judged to be qualified.

The inspection of SUS310S stainless steel nuts shows the state of the nut after calcination in the left image, and the state under a 40X microscope in the right image. The nut shows obvious flaking and chipping, and is therefore deemed unqualified.
