■ The ZR-18 series atmosphere-type box furnace is mainly used for sintering fine ceramics, ITO sputtering targets and other products with sintering temperatures within 1650℃.
1. It adopts a box-type furnace body and a single-door structure;
2. The furnace chamber is heated from both sides, and the heating element is a U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod;
3. Temperature control uses type B thermocouples;
4. The insulation material uses high-temperature ceramic fiberboard with a multi-layer design to reduce heat loss and improve heating efficiency;
5. Temperature is controlled by a temperature controller, and no paper recorder is used for recording;
6. The atmosphere inside the furnace can be quickly replaced through vacuum replacement.
