The RX-14 series degreasing furnace adopts a box-type single-door structure. The furnace insulation material uses lightweight ceramic fiber modules covered with imported 1600 alumina fiber blankets, ensuring cleanliness and no pollution.
Using resistance bands as heating elements, the furnace provides five-sided heating for more uniform temperature distribution. The main circuit employs closed-loop control via thyristor power regulation, with phase-shifting voltage adjustment and automatic current limiting, soft start, and soft shutdown functions, ensuring safety and reliability. Temperature is controlled by instruments, and data is recorded without paper. The control system and main circuit are integrated into a single electrical control cabinet, with all control instruments mounted on the cabinet for intuitive observation and convenient adjustment.
Equipped with an intake and exhaust system, the air entering the furnace can be preheated (optional) to ensure uniform furnace temperature. The intake and exhaust air volumes are adjustable to meet the processing needs of different organic matter contents. It also features a waste gas treatment device that directly treats the organic binders discharged during degreasing in an odorless and smokeless manner, making it an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and highly efficient resistance furnace.
■ Before sintering, the product is degreased and dried, and the gas containing organic binders discharged during degreasing is completely combusted.
