The SX series high-temperature box furnace adopts a box-type manual door structure and an integrated design of furnace body and control system, which is compact, beautiful and easy to operate.
The furnace chamber is made of high-quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material spliced in multiple layers, which results in rapid heating and significant energy-saving effect.
Using silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, the structure is rationally arranged, resulting in a uniform temperature field. A multi-segment intelligent programmable controller is employed to set the required heating temperature and implements closed-loop control throughout the entire process to ensure safe operation. Air inlets, flow meters, and solenoid valves are provided, allowing for manual control of the air inlet flow. An exhaust vent is designed on the furnace top to facilitate the removal of organic matter during product sintering, extending the furnace’s service life.
The upgraded observable experimental electric furnace can observe and record the status of the products inside the furnace during operation.
