Below is an introduction to one of our company’s flagship high-temperature equipment: the furnace body lifting high-efficiency firing furnace.

Furnace body: The furnace door is front-opening, and the trolley and furnace body are sealed with sand troughs. The trolley is electrically propelled.
Heating method: The furnace adopts 5-sided heating, namely 4 side walls + 1 bottom, and the side and bottom surfaces are controlled by 2 separate circuits.
High-efficiency firing furnace with lifting mechanism: The furnace door opens to the front, and the trolley is sealed to the furnace body using a sand trough. The trolley is electrically propelled. Heating method: The furnace chamber uses five-sided heating, i.e., four side walls + one bottom, with two separate circuits controlling the sides and bottom. The sides and top are insulated with 1400 ceramic fiber blocks, the inner lining is 1600 MAF blanket, and the bottom uses nano-board + refractory bricks for insulation. Multiple ceramic support rods support the platform at the bottom, preventing direct contact between the platform and the insulation material, ensuring the furnace bed can support heavy components. Four K-type thermocouples are used: two for temperature control and two for temperature recording. Closed-loop control is implemented. High-quality electrical components are used, with design margins ensured. Phase-shifting voltage regulation is employed, featuring automatic current limiting, soft start, and soft shutdown functions, ensuring safety and reliability. Instrumentation control: The control system and main circuit are integrated into a single electrical control cabinet. All control instruments are mounted on the control cabinet panel for intuitive observation and convenient adjustment. It can automatically track settings and has a temperature control program of no less than 100 steps. It can store 10 firing curves, and the heating curve is settable and adjustable. It uses a paperless recorder to automatically record the entire process of heating, holding, and cooling in the furnace. The temperature data can be read and transferred. The side walls are equipped with air inlets and outlets for rapid cooling.
