High-temp Ceramic Fiber Board

ALMETEC high-temperature ceramic fiberboard is your recommended choice for high-temperature furnace insulation materials.
Refractory insulation for high-temperature sintering, and other high-temperature insulation

ALMETEC’s high-temperature ceramic fiberboard uses Mitsubishi alumina polycrystalline fiber from Japan as raw material. Strict quality control from raw materials to Japanese industrial processes and a rigorous quality control system ensures top-tier product quality. It can be used at temperatures up to 1800°C.

Stable at high temperatures, resistant to thermal shock and corrosion. Low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity. Its rigid structure and high internal bonding strength enable it to be machinable and cut. Can be directly exposed to flames and is easy to install and use.

High-temperature experimental electric furnaces often experience problems such as furnace lining cracking, deformation, peeling, and pulverization during high-temperature sintering, with severe cases leading to furnace lining collapse. This is closely related to the quality and purity of the insulation and refractory materials, and the furnace lining structure also plays a crucial role. ALMETEC’s design team, using imported high-temperature ceramic fiberboard and a special design structure, can completely avoid these problems.
