Currently, most kilns with an internal temperature over 1300°C in the kiln industry adopt refractory brick structures. Such structures are heavy, leading to high energy consumption and long heating and cooling cycles. Some facilities even use chromium-containing fiber blankets. Though rated for service temperatures up to 1300°C, these materials undergo chemical reactions under prolonged high-temperature operation. The transformed chromium compounds are carcinogenic and can enter the human body, posing a serious health hazard.
ALCERA 1600 Composite Lifting Structure is an original design in China. This all-fiber structure features low density and light weight, which helps save energy. It contains no hazardous substances and is eco-friendly. Wrapped with Mitsubishi 1600 fiber blankets imported from Japan, it will not shed residues and thus ensure the quality of sintered products. It can operate steadily at 1300°C for long-term use, with a maximum service temperature of 1350°C.
The inner layer adopts 1400-grade modules, and the outermost layer is made of 1600-grade fiber blankets. This composite structure allows easy installation with reasonable costs, making it the optimal choice for high-temperature kilns.

Structure Analysis

Nano Board – 270kg/m³
Low thermal conductivity, 3 to 4 times lower than traditional materials.
Good thermal performance, low specific heat, low heat storage and excellent thermal shock resistance.

Fix the facing blocks and 10T 1600 fiber blankets onto 1400 modules with hanging studs.
Left: Mullite hanging studs Right: 95% alumina ceramic anchors (optional per customer requirements)
Stable structure, long-term high temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity

1600 Grade Fiber Blanket – 150kg/m³
Imported from Mitsubishi, Japan. Uniform thickness, high purity and free of shot balls. Excellent high temperature and thermal shock resistance, no residue shedding.

For working temperatures above 1350°C, harsh operating conditions or vibrating environments, you may choose 1400-1600 composite modules, all 1600-grade solid modules, or the combination of fiber boards and ceramic anchors.
