Assembly Structure of High-temperature Boards

Furnace Chamber Assembly Structure

Current high-temperature laboratory furnaces and high-temperature sintering furnaces commonly suffer from furnace chamber cracking, deformation, peeling and pulverization during operation. In severe cases, the furnace chamber may even collapse. These problems are closely related to the quality and purity of thermal insulation refractory materials, and the furnace chamber structure also plays a vital role.

ALCERA high-temperature ceramic fiber boards adopt raw materials imported from Mitsubishi, Japan. We implement strict raw material inspection, follow Japanese industrial procedures and adopt a rigorous quality control system to deliver premium products. Featuring excellent high-temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance, the boards are easy for machining, installation and application.

ALCERA’s professional design team adopts a splicing structure tailored to the characteristics of ceramic fibers to eliminate impacts caused by thermal shrinkage. Air inlets and outlets are reserved to prevent furnace gas from corroding the lining materials. The furnace opening is lined with 1600-grade fiber blankets, and the double-layer sealing design effectively reduces heat loss.
